The unit is a multi-purpose roof mounted natural exhaust ventilator that benefits not only from opening top flaps but also controllable side dampers.
The side dampers are used to provide ventilation which can be boosted by opening the top flaps.
With the top flaps open, these units provide almost clear daylight openings and consequent psychological relief to personnel working in an enclosed environment.Energy Conservation

Introduction

Application

Energy Conservation
Fitted with energy conserving draught strips to minimise heat loss when closed.
Weathering
The unit has an integral welded base skirt to fix down and flash to all types of building structures including roof upstands (can also be installed along the ridgeline).Construction
Manufactured using aluminium BS EN 485 alloy, with side dampers, top flaps and controls all secured to the main ventilator body.Sizes
Available with a 508mm wide throat width, with throat lengths from 1220mm up to 2896mm.Options

Manual Nylon covered wire cable to:
- Clam Cleat/Clutch Control - variable setting.
- Winch - variable setting.
