This is an aesthetically designed thermally broken, roof mounted natural Smoke & Fire Window Ventilator suitable for smoke & heat release, which can also be used for day-to-day environmental use.
Additionally the unit has been tested and approved as weatherproof up to 600Pa +ve.
Airtightness at the tested pressure of 600Pa +ve complaint with Class 4 to EN 12207.
Watertightness complaint with Class 9A to EN 12208.
Alternating wind pressure compliant with Class 3 to EN 12210.
Can be supplied in natural mill finish or alternatively in a range of polyester powder paint finishes with a wide choice of colours and gloss levels.

Suitable for vertical and sloping installation into commercial buildings such as shopping centres, atria and public buildings. Thanks to its stylish framework, minimal depth and hidden controls, the Clearlite 2000 is ideal for use in all type of roof glazing.Product Testing
Full independent product testing including opening mechanism, operational reliability, wind load, aerodynamic efficiency, mechanical integrity, environmental & fire performance all conforming & certified to EN 12101-2 specification.Additionally the unit has been tested and approved as weatherproof up to 600Pa +ve.

- Opaque infil, aluminium single skin or aluminium alloy twin skin with thermal insulation .
